1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
Customers can request to cancel their order by emailing us at meghartgoyal@gmail.com or calling +91 8452091127.
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
After dispatch, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds & Replacements:
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
1. The product was damaged during transit
2. The wrong product was delivered
To request a refund or replacement:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. Send order details and photo proof by email or WhatsApp
Refund processing time:
1. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
2. In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new product within 5–7 business days after approval.
Note:
1. Refunds are not available for change of mind after dispatch.
2. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged.

2. Products listed are ready stock and subject to availability.
3. Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location.
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability of stock.
5. Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

3. Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India.
Dispatch Time: 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days, depending on your location
Shipping is handled manually and charges vary based on the delivery address. You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
4. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy.
We collect your name, address, contact details, and order information only for order processing, shipping, and customer support.
Your data is not shared with third parties and is used solely for communication and fulfillment purposes.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or access your credit card or UPI details.
